CEVIA processes data in order to:

  2. Provide our services, quotes, training and audits (legal basis: contractual performance

  3. Send professional or commercial communications (legal basis:
    consent – art. 6.1.a).
  4. Improve the site and technical performance (legal basis: legitimate interest).
  5. Comply with our legal obligations (e.g. invoicing, compliance).

We do not sell or rent any personal data.

5. Retention period

  • Contact form: 12 months maximum.
  • Prospects: 24 months after the last contact.
  • Clients: 7 years for billing-related data (accounting obligation).

Data is deleted or anonymised upon expiry of these periods.
